At LK22Designs, we want you to love your purchase — every time. As each item is handmade to order, we kindly ask that you read our policy below before purchasing.

 Custom & Personalised Orders

  • Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

  • Please double-check all customisation details (such as names, colours, and designs) before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re so sorry — and we’ll put it right.

Please email us at lk22designs@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 Return Shipping (if applicable)

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.

 Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
