Processing Time

• All orders are handmade and made to order.

• Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before dispatch.

• During busy periods (such as holidays or launches), processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

 Tracking Your Order

If your order includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

 Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

 Lost or Delayed Orders
